Hi, I’m Jamie and I will be your guide on the walking tour. The Kelly family has been in the Charlottetown area since 1810. My wife and I love to travel and when we do, a walking tour of the city we’re visiting is always on the top of our list. So now that I am recently retired I would like to show you around the place that I love , Charlottetown.
This is a 2 hour walking tour of historic downtown Charlottetown, “Birthplace of Canada”. One will get to see and hear about many of the landmarks in this lovely city. We will get to see all of the sites in the above gallery and many more. There are no real hills involved but please wear comfortable walking shoes and appropriate clothing for the weather. Meeting place is on the Charlottetown waterfront next to Lobster On the Wharf restaurant at the bottom of Prince Street. I will be waiting next to the white shed. If arriving by cruise just follow the boardwalk along the water front for 200 yards towards the white shed. Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your tour time.
